From the documentation:

SndSampler is the ultimate shareware tool for recording, editing, and working with sound on the Macintosh. It's simple enough for the novice but contains many powerful features which will appeal to the sound-editing professional.

Download 1 and 2 contain SndSampler 5.4, the final version of this program.
Download 3 contains SndSampler 4.6.4, which I believe is the final version that will work with System 7, though that needs to be tested.

Compatibility:

SndSampler will work on any Power Mac running Mac OS 8.5 or later and Sound Manager 3.2 or later. It runs natively on Mac OS X, with the recommendation that you have 10.1.2 or later installed. If you're running the Carbon version on a Classic Mac OS system, you'll need CarbonLib 1.2 or later installed in your System Folder. To use QuickTime functions you must have QuickTime 3.0 or later installed.

Coaster is a little direct-to-disk recording utility writing standard AIFF files.
It features setting of input source, sample rate and sample size, mono/stereo selection, input gain (stereo where available), accurate level meters with headroom indication, clipping detection.

Further features: click elimination, automatic recording based on incoming signal level with file splitting, and manual file splitting on the fly; balloon help; supports AppleScript (timer recording script included). Performs very well in the background.

A 1989 review in Rhythm magazine [PDF] praised this drum machine software as "the easiest music program I've ever seen." However, Primera's Different Drummer (of which I don't have a copy to upload) was recommended as a "much stronger" program for advanced users.

An "Official MacDrums Wrist Sweat Band" was included in each package.

JustOgg includes an Ogg Vorbis audio player, an Ogg Vorbis to AIFF sound converter, and a playlist editor. It supports multiple playlists, Icecast2 streaming, and M3u file and browser support. 

JustOgg Aiff converter comes in both PPC and 68K versions (both included) you will need SoundApp
to play the Aiff on a 68k Mac.

Ogg Drop audio/music format encoder for Mac.

.ogg is a free audio format alternative. It features sound quality that is generally higher than MP3, Ogg Drop will encode audio tracks and CD's into .ogg. Ogg Drop is entirely free.

Ogg Drop includes a CDDB lookup of the FreeDB music database. Stick an audio CD into Ogg Drop, and it should be able to identify the songs automatically, and tag the songs for you.

Interactive CD-ROM for children to create their own music. Sequel to Making Music (1995). This is a 2001 release, but the files on-disc are unchanged since 1998. Making More Music was developed during the time that The Voyager Company became defunct and its CD-ROM brand went on to be owned by Learn Technologies Interactive. While LTI / Voyager are mentioned by the installer and in documentation files, there is no mention on the physical disc or packaging. (archive.org)
